Program Information

What is the Eagle Explorers After School Program?

Gladeville Elementary School received a 21st Century Learning Center grant for the 2017-2018 school year. It is a federally funded program that allows us to host an after school program Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday after school from 3:00 to 5:30. Through the grant, we have been provided money to pay highly-qualified licensed teachers to administer the program as well as paying for all necessary materials and bus transportation home to your child’s house. This program will have a big impact on our school, our children, and our community.

How can my child enroll in Eagle Explorers?

The program is completely free and includes all activities, an after school snack, and bus transportation home. Enrollment is targeted at students who are in need of additional intervention efforts in either math, reading, science or social adjustment.

Students who sign up will need to commit to attending at least three of the four days per week. In order to be considered for enrollment, you must complete the attached 21st CCLC after school program application.
